We are thrilled to announce that the 2026 NCTTP Symposium is scheduled for Monday, March 23rd, 2026!
This year's symposium will be the second part of a two-part symposium series, focusing on the Intergenerational Transmission of Trauma and Healing. The full-day 2026 symposium, a follow-up to NCTTP's 2025 virtual symposium, will provide a dynamic platform for researchers to present their findings and discuss ongoing challenges in the field. Set for March 23rd, 2026, the symposium will be a hybrid event, featuring a day full of engaging presentations and a panel centered on the theme of intergenerational trauma and healing.
History of NCTTP Symposium: Since March 2009, the NCTTP has hosted its yearly meeting and annual symposium in Washington D.C. José Quiroga and Abdallah Boumediene volunteered to be the initial organizers, and Dr. Quiroga has continued in that role since then.
